Frasers Property, in partnership with its regular collaborator Sekisui House, is working on the redevelopment of Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson. With a 999-year lease now under its belt, Frasers Property plans to transform the properties into a mixed-use development with a residential component, F&B options, and entertainment.
The redevelopment is set to begin in the following year and is expected to be completed by the end of 2028. The new development will encompass a gross floor area of 30,664 sqm (330,067 sq ft), according to Frasers Property.
